NMC conducted a two-day Faculty Development Program for its staff members on 11th and 12th June, 2018. College Principal Dr A.R.Ponperiasamy delivered the presidential address and College Committee President Shri Pon.Balasubramanian delivered the inaugural address. During the first session, Dr.S.Senthilnathan, Director of Human Resources Development Center of Bharathidasan University spoke elaborately on "how to enrich learning with digital tools." He made a live demo of utilizing tools like youtubeedu, googlecloud, epatashala etc., In the second session, Prof.P.Chandrasekaran, Director of Saradha College for Women, Tirunelveli shared his experiences on "how to engage the learners in the classroom effectively." 160 teachers of the college participated in the FDP and got updated with the recent trends in teaching, learning and assessment.
