Innovation incubator(i2) of Nehru Memorial College, Puthanampatty organised a talk by Parthiban Damadoraswamy CEO of The Leanway, USA on "Innovations - Need of the hour". The Speaker vividly brought out the various remarkable innovations around the world. From Facebook to drip irrigation in Israel to idli batter the world of innovations is endless. He said "when you involove in your study and work, innovations come naturally. This is evident from the successful innovators. India is the most fitting nation for innovations as the people here are desperately looking for cost effective technologies. Students must embark on a journey to become innovators and entrepreneurs rather than employment seekers. A small spark around your life can trigger your innovative spirit."
College chairman Prof.Ponnambalam presided over the guest lecture. President Pon.Balasubramanian felicited. Principal Dr.T.Jayaprakasam welcomed the gatering. Dean Dr.A.Prabaharan outline various activities of the Innovation Incubator on the occasion.
