Department of Mathematics organized a Mathematics Exhibition on 31.08.2018.
Our college president Er. Pon. Balasubramanian was the Chief Guest and delivered the inaugural address. He gave a motivational speech to the students. In his speech he gave much importance to the need for arranging such a programme to bring out the hidden talents of students. He congratulated the students for their laudable performance.
Principal Incharge Dr. A. Manimegali presided over the function and congratulated the students for exhibiting their talents. Our college Dean (B.Ed) Dr. A. Prabakaran encouraged the students to take active participation in such exhibitions. Our department staff S. Kavitha delivered the welcome address.
29 teams displayed innovative exhibits explained the concepts like fuzzy mathematics using in Air conditioners, differential equation with application, network problems, number theory, and graph theory. More than 1000 students visited the exhibitions and learnt many mathematical concepts. Finally, our department HOD R. Markandan proposed vote of thanks.
