The Lyceum of NMC--- A society for Literary and Debating Activities was inaugurated on 8th October 2009 by Dr A Noel Joseph Irudayaraj. It has been organizing various programmes for the betterment of students.
- 3Mr Muruganantham, Ph.D, Pondicherry Central University delivered a Lecture on “ The Scope of Literary Studies in B.A level and Beyond” on 29/02/2012.
- 2Ms Olympia Shilpa Gerald, Reporter, “The Hindu” Spoke on “Aspects of Journalism”.
- 1Dr Mumtaz Ashkar M.B.B.S. M.D., Government Hospital, Trichy spoke on “Hale and Healthy Women” on 12/03/2012 as part of Womens’ Day Celebrations.
