      The College is one of the pioneering colleges in India, to introduce Computer Science course in the year 1983. The college has become one of the very popular centers for learning in Computer Science courses of very high standard with extensive up-to-date programmes and facilities for practical training.
      The Bharathidasan University to which the college is affiliated has granted affiliation/recoginiton to the above said computer based Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in terms of prescribed criteria and stringent conditions of very high standard. The college has created all the prescribed infrastructural facilities. The management has constructed a massive building which includes Administrative and instructional area covering 1825.14 square meters, Laboratory area stretching out for 703.88 square meters, Library area occupying 477.74 square meters.
